Term 2 News

I would like to say a big thanks to all who helped to make Term 1 a success.

Term 2 should be even better now that I have gotten into the groove of things, though Term 2's content will not be starting till Friday, 21st April 2006. This is due to the easter holidays being busier then I expected and not wanting to put out a recipe untried and untested.

Email Options

This term I am happy to offer the option of having Term 2 emailed straight to your inbox, instead of having to go to the website to download it.

The lesson will be emailed to you as an attachment in PDF format.

You will need to ensure that you watch the junk mail section of your inbox incase the lessons get delivered to the junk mail section instead of the inbox section.

Unfortunately Term 1 will not be included in this email option. The email option will only be on offer for the term in progress until all the bugs have been worked out and the best possible plan of attack has been formulated.

Why Enrol For Term 2?

For Term 2 we will be focused around Australian foods and dishes 'the way Grandma used to make'.
We will take a look at the native Australian foods which are slowly coming into the marketplace and how we can substitute what we can buy easily, in the supermarkets, for these native foods.
This coming term will be all new recipes and information, though term 1 will still be available for those who still want it.
