|3||large bananas, peeled|
|2||dessert spoons on honey|
|1||squeeze of lemon juice|
1. Place the peeled bananas, honey and lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth (a hand held blender usually works better for small amounts).
2. Line the food dehydrator trays with either the solid inserts or baking paper. (If you are using baking paper, you will need to cut it to size so that you can ensure a good fit and even airflow.)
3. Pour carefully onto the paper/tray and smooth out with the back of a spoon. You should be able to do at least 2 trays if you are using baking paper, but possibly only 1 tray if you are using the purpose made solid insert for the dehydrator.
4. Allow to dry until it isn't sticky to the touch (approx 10 hours)
