Today was gardening day. Well, not a lot happened this morning, actually this morning is a blur, but i do remember that I could have gone to art class because hubby didn’t start packing the car till 11.30am today! I could have been home by then. Oh well, I didn’t have $5 in my purse for class anyhow.

Apart from that, the kids and I headed off to Bunnings for a few gardening supplies. While there we ran into, metaphorically, some friends, swapped kids and then continued shopping. I came home with a bag of ‘old stock’ potting mix, some cheap pots and bases and gardening gloves.

So far I have made triple choc fudge brownies, potted up 4 (i thought there were 3) tangello seedlings, and 3 royal gala apple seedlings. One day, when they are big enough, they may produce fruit.

The kids are out back pulling weeds, hopefully while the brownies cool down.

I think I need to get back to it myself, and find an extra pair of gloves.
