Lemon Delicious Dessert

3 eggs, seperated
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 cup milk
1/4 cup self raising flour

  1. Beat egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar in a bowl until creamy
  2. Add butter, lemon juice, milk and flour, mix well until combined
  3. Beat egg whites till soft peaks
  4. Gradually add remaining sugar (1/2 cup) to the egg whites until disolved and peaks form
  5. Fold egg white mix and lemon mix together until well combined
  6. Pour into a greased baking dish/4 individual sized dishes
  7. Bake in a moderate oven for 50 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  8. Serve immediately with ice cream, cream or just by itself.
Note: You could add more flour if you wanted a firmer dessert with less 'sauce' down the bottom.
